以(yi)(yi)上幾種(zhong)標(biao)(biao)準除了(le)一些基本尺寸如頭(tou)部對邊、頭(tou)部厚度(du)(du)(du)等的(de)(de)(de)(de)不同以(yi)(yi)外，最主要的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部分的(de)(de)(de)(de)不同。GB、DIN、JIS等的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都(dou)有(you)(you)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)MM（毫米(mi)）為(wei)(wei)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)，統(tong)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。另像ANSI、ASME等的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)寸為(wei)(wei)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)美(mei)標(biao)(biao)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。除了(le)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)外還有(you)(you)一種(zhong)BSW—英(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)準,其螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)寸為(wei)(wei)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)，俗稱(cheng)惠氏螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。 公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)MM（毫米(mi)）為(wei)(wei)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)，它的(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)尖(jian)角(jiao)為(wei)(wei)60度(du)(du)(du)。美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)英(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)寸為(wei)(wei)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)尖(jian)角(jiao)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)60度(du)(du)(du)，而英(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)尖(jian)角(jiao)為(wei)(wei)55度(du)(du)(du)。由于計量單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不同，導致了(le)各種(zhong)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)方法也(ye)不盡相(xiang)同。例如像M16-2X60表(biao)示(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。他的(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體意思(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)該(gai)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)稱(cheng)直(zhi)(zhi)徑為(wei)(wei)16MM，牙(ya)(ya)距為(wei)(wei)2MM，長度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)60MM，又如：1/4—20X3/4表(biao)示(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)英(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)，他的(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體意思(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)該(gai)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)稱(cheng)直(zhi)(zhi)徑為(wei)(wei)1/4英(ying)(ying)寸（一英(ying)(ying)寸=25.4MM），在一英(ying)(ying)寸上有(you)(you)20個牙(ya)(ya)，長度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)3/4英(ying)(ying)寸。另外要表(biao)示(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)話一般會(hui)在表(biao)示(shi)(shi)英(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)后面加上UNC以(yi)(yi)及UNF，以(yi)(yi)此來區別是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)粗(cu)牙(ya)(ya)或是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)細牙(ya)(ya)。在平時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)銷業(ye)務中，我們最常(chang)遇到的(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)GB（國標(biao)(biao)）和(he)DIN（德標(biao)(biao)）。

東莞螺絲廠在生(sheng)產品方(fang)面，主要會接觸到(dao)以(yi)下幾(ji)種標準：

GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等。目(mu)前GB30（老國(guo)標(biao)）在(zai)標(biao)準(zhun)書(shu)中(zhong)已被GB5783（新(xin)國(guo)標(biao)）所代(dai)替(ti)。GB52（老國(guo)標(biao)）在(zai)標(biao)準(zhun)書(shu)中(zhong)已被GB6170（新(xin)國(guo)標(biao)）所代(dai)替(ti)。 在(zai)1986年，國(guo)家對(dui)標(biao)準(zhun)件制定了新(xin)標(biao)準(zhun)，一般俗稱為新(xin)標(biao)，使用(yong)最多的主要有GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780為六(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)頭粗(cu)桿(gan)半(ban)(ban)牙(ya)(ya)螺絲，其精(jing)度(du)等級(ji)為C級(ji)產品，可用(yong)GB5782來(lai)代(dai)替(ti)（GB5782為六(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)頭粗(cu)桿(gan)半(ban)(ban)牙(ya)(ya)螺絲，其精(jing)度(du)等到(dao)級(ji)為A級(ji)和B級(ji)。）GB5781為六(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)頭全牙(ya)(ya)螺絲，精(jing)度(du)等級(ji)為C 級(ji)產品。可用(yong)GB5783來(lai)代(dai)替(ti)（GB5783為六(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)頭全牙(ya)(ya)螺絲，其精(jing)度(du)等級(ji)為A級(ji)和B 級(ji)）。GB5784為細桿(gan)半(ban)(ban)牙(ya)(ya)的六(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)螺絲。

新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)與老(lao)(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)區(qu)別(bie)在(zai)于：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系(xi)列的(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)，在(zai)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)上有所區(qu)別(bie)。除M22系(xi)列的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)外(wai)，新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)M8、M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)部對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)比(bi)(bi)老(lao)(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)小1MM。分別(bie)為13、16、18、21MM ，而(er)M22系(xi)列的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)，新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)比(bi)(bi)老(lao)(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)反而(er)要(yao)(yao)(yao)大2MM，應(ying)特(te)別(bie)注意。對(dui)(dui)(dui)于頭(tou)部厚度(du)，新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)和老(lao)(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)之間略有差別(bie)，在(zai)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求不(bu)是非常嚴(yan)格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang)下(xia)可以通(tong)用。 新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)與德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)區(qu)別(bie)在(zai)于：M10、M12、M14、M22的(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)規格(ge)，在(zai)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)上有所差別(bie)。M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)部對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)新(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)比(bi)(bi)德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)要(yao)(yao)(yao)小1MM。而(er)M22的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)(de)，其頭(tou)部對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)比(bi)(bi)德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)要(yao)(yao)(yao)大2MM ，其它的(de)(de)(de)均可通(tong)用。

東(dong)莞螺絲廠對(dui)于(yu)六角螺帽(mao)，常用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準有：GB52、GB6170、GB6172和(he)(he)DIN934，對(dui)于(yu)它們(men)之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)(yao)區(qu)別有：GB6170的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)度(du)要(yao)(yao)比GB52、GB6172和(he)(he)DIN934來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)，俗稱為厚(hou)螺帽(mao)。另外(wai)就(jiu)是(shi)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區(qu)別，M8的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺帽(mao)系列(lie)中DIN934、GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)都是(shi)13MM比GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)14MM要(yao)(yao)小1MM，M10的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺帽(mao)，DIN934與GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為17MM，比GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)要(yao)(yao)大1MM，M12的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為19MM比GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)18MM要(yao)(yao)大1MM。對(dui)于(yu)M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為22MM比GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)21MM要(yao)(yao)大1MM。另外(wai)就(jiu)是(shi)M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為32MM，比GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)34MM要(yao)(yao)小2MM。（GB6170和(he)(he)GB6172除了其(qi)厚(hou)度(du)不(bu)一樣外(wai)，對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)完全一樣）其(qi)余規格在不(bu)考慮(lv)厚(hou)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下，可以通用。

螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)標(biao)準(zhun)規范在(zai)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)方(fang)面，國標(biao)中(zhong)(zhong)有兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)版(ban)(ban)本，一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)為(wei)GB70—76，76年(nian)版(ban)(ban)本，一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)為(wei)GB70—85，85年(nian)版(ban)(ban)本，東莞(guan)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)廠現執(zhi)行DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)，所(suo)(suo)以在(zai)實(shi)際業(ye)(ye)務(wu)操(cao)作中(zhong)(zhong)應注意區別(bie)：其中(zhong)(zhong)GB70—85與DIN912完(wan)全重合，故對于(yu)使(shi)用新標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況，不(bu)存在(zai)著差別(bie)，主要(yao)是GB70—76與DIN912之(zhi)間有所(suo)(suo)區別(bie)：M8系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)產(chan)品，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓頭(tou)徑(jing)為(wei)12.5MM,比DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)13.27MM要(yao)小一(yi)(yi)些,M10系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)產(chan)品,GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓頭(tou)徑(jing)為(wei)15MM,比DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)16.27要(yao)小一(yi)(yi)些,M12系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)角(jiao),GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓頭(tou)徑(jing)為(wei)18MM,比DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對邊18.27要(yao)小一(yi)(yi)些,另(ling)像M16、M20系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓頭(tou)徑(jing)比DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)小0.33MM，分(fen)別(bie)為(wei)24MM，30MM。DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)則分(fen)別(bie)為(wei)24.33MM和(he)(he)30.33MM。另(ling)外老標(biao)與德標(biao)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)對邊寬度由于(yu)標(biao)準(zhun)不(bu)同(tong)而不(bu)同(tong)，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)對邊要(yao)小一(yi)(yi)些，在(zai)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)作業(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)也應加(jia)以注意。 另(ling)外，平(ping)時(shi)可能會(hui)用到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)馬(ma)(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)也有一(yi)(yi)些區別(bie)，在(zai)此也作一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)說明，在(zai)國標(biao)中(zhong)(zhong)，有兩(liang)種(zhong)馬(ma)(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)，即(ji)GB12（小半(ban)圓頭(tou)方(fang)頸螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)）和(he)(he)GB14（大半(ban)圓頭(tou)方(fang)頸螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)），平(ping)時(shi)在(zai)市面上較常(chang)用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)還有德標(biao)標(biao)準(zhun)DIN603。東莞(guan)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)廠對這三者加(jia)以區別(bie)：對于(yu)圓頭(tou)頸，在(zai)同(tong)一(yi)(yi)規格比較時(shi)是：GB12<GB14<DIN603< SPAN>。通常(chang)在(zai)馬(ma)(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用時(shi)，往(wang)往(wang)要(yao)求頭(tou)頸大而厚，所(suo)(suo)以DIN603馬(ma)(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)完(wan)全符合要(yao)求。
